FLOWEX High Bay LED lighting fixtures
e FlowEx explosion-proof LED lighting fixtures combine the constant lighting power of 151 l / W real with extreme lightness, ease of installation and versatility for any type of certified environment. The FlowEx series consists of three lamp body sizes and represents the LED alternative for all those areas where it was customary to install low and medium power discharge lamps up to 400W.
The finned body, patented with Heat Destroyer technology, is made of high-quality die-cast aluminum and acts as an excellent heat sink for the circular crown-shaped LED plate. The central heat sink element allows the fresh outside air to disperse the heat by lapping the surfaces in an ascending movement of air that takes advantage of natural convection. -
LIFEX-M LED linear lighting fixtures – aluminium
LifEx-M series lighting fixtures are the first native LED linear product with an innovative design developed by Cortem Group listening to and interpreting the needs of its customers. A careful product architecture oriented to the optimal management of the total life cycle (circular economy) and to the maximization of the useful life has allowed to obtain a lighting fixture of reduced dimensions, light and easy to install, but robust and long-lasting at the same time.

RLFE Lighting fixtures for discharge lamps up to 400 W
RLFE series lighting fixtures for discharge lamps are ideal for lighting large areas specifically in the chemical, on and off shore petrochemical industries. The body of the lighting fixture is made from low copper content aluminium alloy, the globe is made of borosilicate glass and has excellent thermal and mechanical properties as well as being able to withstand shocks of up to 4 Joules. For this reason, the fixture can also be installed without a protective guard as specified in the relevant standards. In the RLFE series, the lamp and lamp holder are separated by a “chamber” housing the ballast and igniter that in turn are separated by a “Ex e” terminal box that is used to connect the lighting fixture to the power supply through a cable gland with an Ex (non barrier) seal as specified in EN/IEC 60079-14.
